Complete navigation restructure and search UX improvement.
The client's product catalog had grown significantly since the Shopify migration. The original navigation structure, designed for a smaller catalog, was no longer serving customers well. Users were struggling to find specific products, search was returning poor results, and mobile navigation required too many taps to reach product pages.
Analytics confirmed the problem: search abandonment was high, and customers who used navigation to browse had lower conversion rates than those who arrived directly on product pages from external links.
Navigation restructure started with a complete audit of the information architecture. We analyzed customer behavior data to understand how people actually shop — by condition, by product type, or by routine — and built the navigation to match those mental models.
